Medical Guidance to Parents:-

	Get your children de-wormed at-least once every year.

	Get dental and ophthalmic check up done once every year.

	Get your children immunised as per schedule given below :-

	BCG, Oral Polio, Measles.

	DPT to be completed before entry to school at at the age of 5 yrs.

	Typhoid. - Once every year.

	Cholera-in the month of March.

	Hepatitis - Optional but recommended.

	Tetanus - Booster dose to be given between-7-16 years and also if injured

	Students suffering from diseases such as Chicken-Pox, Measles, Mumps, Whooping Cough, Jaundice, Conjunctivitis and scabies should not be sent to school until he/she is fit are fine to attend his/her classes.

Parents are required to impart following Health education to their children

	Too maintain personal hygiene like trimming of nails weekly, timely haircut, being neat & clean on regular basis.

	To drink boiled or filtered water & water bottle must be brought from home to school.

	To avoid consumption of ice-creams and other eatable from road-side vendors.

	To have balanced diet and a glass of milk daily. To avoid junk food and include fruits vegetables.

	To practice yoga and exercise regularly.
