An Introduction

“D.S.M. Saandeepni Public School” Deoghar is established in the memory of Late - Sri Dukhi Sah Jee, a person blessed by "Baba Baidyanath' who established himself in Deoghar, 125 years ago, as a great personality with his own endeavour and hard working efforts. He did a lot of work for mankind. Apart from donating land for social welfare, he presented a beautiful structure in the form of "Kali Mata Mandir" in the year of 1928. "Late Darbari Sahjee", son of Sri Dukhi Sah Jee carried out his father's rich tradition with great excellence and presented a memorial structure in association with Late Govind Sahjee (Ex. Principal R.L. Shroff School, Deoghar), Sri Pradee Gupta Jee (Ex Prof. Deoghar College) and all Kukhi Sah family members in the form of "Dukhi Sah Memorial Academy" Jhousagarhi, Deoghar. He was a great social man with modest personality and did a lot of work for mankind in the village of Baijandih, Mohanpur. He was a great lover of farmers or labourers. And so was his son Late Surya Kant Gupta Jee, A man with not pride and love for all. He too carried out his rich family tradition in the village of Baijandih. He implemented a lot of new technologies for the welfare of farmers. He used to give free medical help to the villagers. He always stood with them in the time of their difficulties. By the passages of time, Dukhi Sah Academy declined but Dukhi Sah's Kalimata Mandir still shine as a land mark of Jhousagarhi locality. The beauty was doubled by the extension of Satya Narayan Mandir established in 2005 by Sriman Sunil Sahjee (grandson) of Dukhi Sah Jee. To keep this tradition alive generation by generation for humanity and social welfare, the new structure in the form of Sandeepni Public School is presented as the revival of Dukhi Sah Academy by their grand children. Prof. Ajit Pd. Sah (Ex. Principal, Madhupur College) has contributed a lot for the revival. Thus, we dedicate this Temple of Education to our forefathers..

About The School.

D.S.M. Saandeepni Public School, B. Deoghar, Jharkhand is an English Medium Co-Educational, Day Scholar school running through C.B.S.E. pattern. The school is named over India's famous Vedic Guru Maharshi Saandeepni. Lord Krishna was the student of Saandeepni Gurukul. Revived on 4th March 2010 the school is growing to be a good institution of learning. It is staffed by competent and dedicated teachers and helpers who takes all round care of its pupil. Presently the school is running upto std VIIIth but one class will be up-graded in every new academic session up to Std. Xth. Though S.P.S. is an English Medium School but same emphasis is given to Hindi and other subjects. Beyond academics, the school pro-motes Yoga & Exercises, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Arts & Craft, Music & Dance, Seminars & Cultural Programmes, Computer & Environmental studies and specially Moral Education for all round development of the students. As we are in the third Millennium it will be our endeavour to inculcate into our students the very essence of life. Education must be more than just academics and bring out the best and varied talents of its pupil, so that they may take the rightful place among the men and women of the nation. Education in this Hi-Tech age seems to be loosing its values and is concentrating on mundane things that life has to offer. Education must be concern with learning but bear in mind its scope is universal. It is meant to broaden the out-look of the students. It should be used to strengthen the bouts of UNITY, TRUTH, LOVE and most importantly the SERVICE OF HUMANITY, It should be also used for the development of character stimulation and must prepare one's to face life with HONESTY and COURAGE, ANGER, GREED, JEALOUSY and HATRED must be replaced by CALMNESS, SATISFACTION, TOLERANCE and LOVE. So, Saandeepni message to all is to give serious thought to these eternal values. In result we may achieve skilful and scientific education with peace and fulfilment of life, regardless of our caste, creed and status.
